We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Commissions

Direct Connect LLC will pay the following commission structures; Website Design up to 0 for every website (Our company may outsource to any web development company of choice to design or develop websites) Internet Advertising- 0 for every search engine advertising campaign (Payment may be divided into monthly payments depending on plan) Merchant Account Setup up to 0 for every account created. (Merchant Provider or ISO will be chosen by our company.) Merchant Loans 50% split on percentage over rate supplied by Merchant Provider (Merchant Provider or ISO will be chosen by our company to process the merchant loan.) Corporation Salesup to 0 for every established corporation sale. (Aged Corporation Provider will by chosen by our company.) ATM Leasingearn up to 0 for every ATM lease. (Leasing company will be chosen by our company.) Residual Income 50% split on all hosting and merchant services. (Merchant processing residual income is based of earnings from the businessÓł processing rate, which is the percentage difference that has to be paid to the merchant provider chosen by us. Hosting residual split would be a 50% split.) Payments - We will issue commission checks within 48 hours after money has been funded to our account from any of the providers we chose to fulfill on the products or services. We are not entitled to release any funds to resellers if; a) no money is collected from customers b) refund has been issued or contract has been terminated. c) chargeback has been intiated d) fulfillment provider does not release funds to our company. e) reseller is inactive. This status may result from not paying for hosting on their website, not abiding by the "Privacy policy" or "Reseller Terms".

Reseller Terms

Hosting Charges: Hosting fees are .95 for reseller websites and initiated within 7 days on your sign up from any third party company or our website. Resellers may cancel their hosting at anytime by sending an email to support@directconnectcommunications.com or calling us at 888-775-8555. If discontinued, there will be no more charges from that day forward. There will be no commissions owed to any resellers who wish to discontinue their website and hosting with our company. If your website has been live, your hosting account is past due and you have not canceled, you will owe for previous unpaid hosting fees. Spam / Solicitation: Resellers may not promote or condone any spamming, cold calling or any other unethical / illegal forms of advertising. We have the right to terminate your reseller account and hold you personally liable if spamming, cold calling, slander or defamation has taken place. Lead Policies: When submitting a lead through your website, to us by fax or by phone, the lead must be interested in our list of services or products we provide. We do not accept leads generated from data entry or any other unacceptable forms similar to. Leads must be generated from a direct source or non solicitation source. Our company will contact all new generated leads sent through the website, fax, email or phone within 48 business hours. We may reserve the right to not contact certain leads at our own discretion.

Third Party Fulfillment Companies

Direct Connect LLC may outsource any of our products and services to third parties. We do not hold responsibility for any third parties' company actions that we outsource fulfillment to due to their specific policies and agreements in place that must be reviewed by any potential client / customer request received through Direct Connect LLC. All contractual agreements between third party fulfillment companies and potential clients will be presented to both client and third party fulfillment company.
